SMC
When SMC Corporation of America considered plans for expansion of its existing Noblesville, Indiana headquarters in 2012, they contacted Victory Unlimited Construction to develop and build a 348,300 square-foot manufacturing addition to the east end of their existing space. This included:
- The construction of a 200,000 square-foot parking lot expansion.
- A fully air-conditioned space running on 800 tons of cooling.
- A two mega-watt generator and associated transfer switches.
- LED lighting equipped with motion sensors.
- Construction completed in five months
The expansion began in May 2012 and concluded in October 2012.
Concurrently, Victory Unlimited Construction was also building a 257,400 square-foot warehouse on the corporation’s west end.
This included:
- The addition of a 11,640-square-foot, 400-seat cafeteria.
- A fully air-conditioned space running on 575 tons of cooling.
- A two mega-watt generator and associated transfer switches.
- LED lighting equipped with motion sensors.
