History

  • 2010

    Victory Unlimited Construction opens using experiences gained over 10-plus years in the development and general contracting industry. That same year, Victory Unlimited Construction partners with SRAM to design and build a 70,000 square-foot manufacturing and distribution facility for Zipp Speed Weaponry on the Northwest side of Indianapolis.

  • 2015

    Victory Unlimited Construction partners for the second time with Preferred Freezer Services to develop a groundbreaking, unique freezer facility in Richland, Wash. Spanning 455,000 square feet, and by volume, one of the world’s largest freezers at just under 40 million cubic feet., this freezer is fully automated, rack supported, and the first in the United States to feature an oxygen reduction system as its main fire prevention system.

  • 2019

    Victory Unlimited Construction completes their second Distribution Center facility for Noblesville Indiana based SMC Corporation of America. The newest Distribution Center is just over 1,000,000 SF.

    In addition, Victory Unlimited Construction has completed the design and started construction on their 8th (Dallas, TX), 9th (Richland Expansion), 10th (Houston Expansion) 11th (Jacksonville, FL) and 12th (Hialeah, FL) Preferred Freezer Services since completing the first one in San Leandro, CA in 2014. All five (5) of the new Preferred Freezer Services will be open between September of 2019 and February of 2020.
