Victory Unlimited Construction developed and built two Class A speculative warehouse/distribution buildings totaling more than 1.2 million square feet on 90-acres for Trammell Crow Company.

• Building “A” is 947,500 square-feet with cross-dock loading, 36-foot clear height, and 190 dock doors.
• Building “B” is 297,600 square feet with 40 dock doors and 32-foot clear height.
• Victory Unlimited Construction also completed the tenant build-outs on the two buildings.
