Preferred Freezer Pasadena

Partnering with Preferred Freezer Services for a 4th time, Victory Unlimited Construction developed and built a 174,644 square-foot refrigerated-freezer facility on an 8.1 acre site located in Bayport Industrial District in the City of Pasadena, Texas. This facility has multi-temperature capability as well as blast freezing. The freezer is 58-foot clearance and 28-foot clearance in the cold dock. Eighteen steel dock doors, a 90-foot deep dock and an oversized truck and container drop that allow for client’s easy truck loading and unloading. The facility has interior and exterior LED lighting and a dry fire protection system throughout.
