Preferred Freezer Richland Washington Expansion

Victory Unlimited Construction is in the process of performing the design build responsibilities on the Expansion of Preferred Freezer Services state of the art rack supported facility that Victory Unlimited Construction completed in 2015.  The freezer is currently one of the largest fully automated freezers in the world.

• The expansion will add an additional 200,481 SF along with over 38,456 pallets for a total facility pallet capacity of over 156,456 pallets.

• Scheduled Completion: November of 2019.
