For this national chain of convenience stores located in rural communities throughout the country, Victory Unlimited Construction built a 60,000 square-foot freezer with a 26-foot dock, and 32-foot clearance height in Terre Haute, Ind. With 10 dock doors, interior and exterior LED lighting, and a dry fire protection system in the freezer and wet in cooler/cool dock area, the project specifications were perfect for maintaining product freshness for the company’s 1,931 stores. The project started on May 1, 2015, and was completed on December 31, 2015.

Other project features include:

• Construction completed in eight months.
• A 3,000-amp service, 480/270-volt, three-phase electrical service.
• A 45-millimeter, mechanically-fastened TPO roof system.
