Zipp

Shortly after Victory Unlimited Construction opened in 2010, the company received its first job from SRAM to build a 70,000 square-foot building with a 10,000 square-foot mezzanine for Zipp Speed Weaponry on the Northwest side of Indianapolis. This project included the building of an office and manufacturing/distribution center for carbon performance wheels. Construction began in May 2010 and was completed in October 2010.

As part of the project, Victory Unlimited Construction also built in:

• A 26-foot clearance height.
• A 4,000-amp, 480/277-volt, three-phase electrical service.
• A 45-millimeter, mechanically-fastened TPO roof system.
• Four dock doors.
• Construction completed in six months.
