SMC Expansion

SMC Corporation of America is a worldwide leader in pneumatic engineering, technology and manufacturing.  Victory Unlimited Construction was awarded the contract to provide design/build services on a fully air conditioned 1,000,210 SF Distribution Center for SMC which is scheduled to be complete in May of 2019.  The facility is located on SMC’s Noblesville, Indiana Corporate Campus.

 The facility includes 29,000 square feet of finished office, 9,509 square feet of Maintenance Shops and UTC/QA Labs and a 200′ long elevated and conditioned skywalk connector for both pedestrian and forklift traffic from the new facility to their existing.
