Victory Unlimited Construction

Victory Unlimited Construction built a 490,935 SF freezer for Preferred Freezer Services. This freezer also known as “BIG BEAR” is located just outside downtown Los Angeles on 16 acres.

Leaving a footprint in Washington State, Victory Unlimited Construction developed a new, fully-automated, rack supported, High Cube Freezer with 35 truck and six rail doors, and four automated unloading areas.

SMC Corporation of America is a worldwide leader in pneumatic engineering, technology and manufacturing.

For this national chain of convenience stores located in rural communities throughout the country, Victory Unlimited Construction built a 60,000 square-foot freezer with a 26-foot dock, and 32-foot clearance height in Terre Haute, Ind.

After completing the original building in September 2015, Victory Unlimited Construction developed and built an expansion to the existing Lynden Washington freezer facility. The expansion/Freezer E totals 146,984 square feet.

Partnering with Preferred Freezer Services in San Leandro, California, Victory Unlimited Construction built an energy-efficient, 248,195 square-foot freezer with cold storage, including a dock with space of 13,000,000 cubic feet of room.

When SMC Corporation of America considered plans for expansion of its existing Noblesville, Indiana headquarters in 2012, they contacted Victory Unlimited Construction to develop and build a 348,300 square-foot manufacturing addition to the east end of their existing space.

Shortly after Victory Unlimited Construction opened in 2010, the company received its first job from SRAM to build a 70,000 square-foot building with a 10,000 square-foot mezzanine for Zipp Speed Weaponry on the Northwest side of Indianapolis.

Victory Unlimited Construction developed and built two Class A speculative warehouse/distribution buildings totaling more than 1.2 million square feet on 90-acres for Trammell Crow Company.

Partnering with Preferred Freezer Services for a 4th time, Victory Unlimited Construction developed and built a 174,644 square-foot refrigerated-freezer facility on an 8.1 acre site located in Bayport Industrial District in the City of Pasadena, Texas.

The new Atlanta Preferred Freezer Services facility consists of a 176,107 SF freezer facility with 27,968 pallet positions.

Victory Unlimited Construction is in the process of performing the design build responsibilities on the Expansion of Preferred Freezer Services state of the art rack supported facility that Victory Unlimited Construction completed in 2015.

Victory Unlimited Construction is scheduled to break ground on a 185,731 SF design build freezer in Miami, Florida for Preferred Freezer Services in the second quarter of 2019.

Victory Unlimited Construction broke ground on a 222,824 SF design build freezer in Jacksonville, Florida for Preferred Freezer Services in April of 2019.

Victory Unlimited Construction is in the process of developing and serving as the design build contractor on Preferred Freezer Services’ first facility in the Dallas/Ft. Worth market.
